- Then We Get the Orginal Investment Money Back- Sirius Sattelite Radio had a meteoric rise to $6.00 a share. I sold 500 shares and put the $3,000 original investment back into my pocket.
- We Keep Control of the Original Asset- I was left with 500 shares that I still own, at $6.00/share or $3,000. These 500 shares are essentially the houses money since I have my original investment of $3,000 in my pocket. I now have ZERO risk.
- Move our Money into Another Asset- I then took my original $3,000 investment and put it into another asset, which in this case was a home based business.
