14 Top Secret Tips to Dramatically Boost Sales With Autoresponders

To stay connected and build healthy relationships is vital for any business. Autoresponders are great way to stay in your customer’s mind and put a portion of your business on autopilot. Put into practice these 14 tips and you will be light years ahead of your competition and well on your way to implementing an effective and profitable  autoresponder campaign.

1.      Lay the Groundwork- Before you can run an effective autosponder  campaign you need to get an autoresponder system. (The cheapest and best is by far V-Mail V-Mail Autoresponder: 50% Off)

2.      Test Run- Put in friends and family members names to get comfortable sending out your marketing message.

3.      Baby Steps- Don’t worry if you don’t have hundreds of brilliant emails to send your list, just sending a message saying “I want to wish everyone a wonderful week, and encourage everyone to; follow your heart, practice daily, and never give up.”

4.      Short & To The Point- Keep your emails brief and make sure to write short paragraphs. No one wants to open their email and read a novel.

5.      Be Real- Your product, service, business should offer real value to the public, don’t send out a boring commercial.

6.      Special Specials- You can send out anything you can think of. Experiment sending out specials like, “24 Hours Only, 25% off all our products,” or ” If you spend $500 or more, we will throw in a free $20 gas card.

7.      Please Be Interesting - Think about what happens when you get a boring email, you delete it right? Unless you can capture the reader’s attention in the first second or two, your message will end up in the trash.

8.      Make Me Look- Before your message even gets in front of your intended party’s eyes, you have to get them open the email first. This is where we need to have a unique subject line. Test different subject lines to see what works and what doesn’t. “Open This Email or You Will Die” should get most people to click on it, but may not be the best idea.

9.      Become Automatic- Load your autoresponder with information you want your audience to receive. Then schedule (a setting on your autoresponder) this information to be sent out at sequential times. For example, every Monday at 8:30 am, or everyday at 5:30 pm.

10.  What’s the Point? - Have an end objective before you write your message. You are NOT just sending out emails, you need a call to action. What do you want the reader to do after they are dong reading? Visit your website, call toll-free number, download a free e-book, etc.

11.  Turn the Tables- Image if you were sent the message you are thinking about sending. Would you open it? Would you read it? Would you be moved to action? If not then change it so you can answer yes to all these questions.

12.  Spell Check- Check your spelling and grammar, if you are trying to position yourself as an expert in your field, emails riddled with punctuation, grammar, and spelling mistakes should be avoided.

13.  Take Credit- Don’t assume the reader knows who you are and what your company or website is. Include your contact information: name, business name, website, etc

14.  Get Started- Remember, life is 80% take 20% ask. Don’t wait to add an autoresponder to your business, (Go to V-Mail Autoresponder: 50% Off for the cheapest and best autoresponder on the planet, GUARANTEED!)
